Modernity and comfort characterize this 67 m² apartment, located in the elegant residential complex Archea – named after the responsible renowned architecture studio Archea Associati. These architecturally unique buildings, with a facade of custom-made tiles wrapped in the shimmering “Laveno blue”, were built in 2021 directly on the lakeshore on the site of the former ceramics factory. This made Laveno Mombello known all over the world at that time.
Park your car in our own underground garage and start your vacation: in the middle of a completely car-free area with beautiful, idyllic park-like open spaces, you are only a few steps away from the lakeshore and town center. Numerous restaurants, stores and services are within easy walking distance.
